B1. kneeling wrist walk; 5 reps x 2 sets; rest 30 sec
B2. first knuckle walk; 5 reps x 2 sets; rest 30 sec
C. HSC from just above knee + HSC from just below knee + SJ; 1.1.1×5
50kg, 55, 60, 65, 70 – felt solid in HSC’s – better than last time for sure
D1. FS @30X1; 3-4×4
90kgx4, 100×4, 110×4, 115×4 – solid sets, did barefoot
D2. Gravitron assisted wide grip CTB CU @31X0; 10-16×2-3
75# assist x 15, 75×13, 75×13 – tough last two sets!

elbow a little inflamed from both FS and the CU reps actually, so did 3 sets of AB for 40 sec – held high 700’s and low 800’s for first two sets, then last set only just under 700W avg
