this felt good as a lat stretch, 15 sec per side per set, rest more like 45 sec b/t arms
D. 4-7 ub butterfly CTB CU EMOM for 6-8 min
good practice.. need to stick to smaller sets maybe 3-4 where I feel my rhythm is good and do lots of sets per session there
